What to get a guy for his birthdayy??

Ok, to this question most people would say sex. but I want something unusual I want to get him something that he can keep for a long time. I dont know what to get my boyfriend for his birthday he has everything :l or what should I make him happy

Kinda linking with the collage idea (I'm not too sure on spelling either hehe), how about a scrapbook of all the time you've been together, with sections relating to dates, or other special occasions, funny photos and more serious ones, you can write captions underneath about what is happening in each photo, or little quotes, or song lyrics etc describing what he means to you. Hope this has helped you , let me know x
