What to do in jamaica or cozumel, mexico?

I'm going on my 2nd cruise in 3 weeks, and this time I'm going to Jamaica and Cozumel, Mexico. (Also the Cayman Islands)
But now I;m wondering what I should do there. Anyone ever been there?
Some tours I really need to do? Some stuff that I should...

check out?
Or should I just go shopping? I hope someone on here has an answer xD

I know you said jamaica and cozumel but in the Cayman Islands you should go on a sting ray tour to the sand bars, It's one of the most amazing things I've done and in Jamaica and Cozumel it's fun to just go to the beach and rent jet skis
