Her not putting that message up means nothing, if my boyfriend told me to do that I wouldn't either, it just depends on the person, I love him to bits its just not me to put something like that. Everyone 'flirts' at one time or another, some don't notice they're doing it because they're just trying to be friendly.
I don't see any reason, in what you wrote, to think she's cheating on you.
