What tipe of foods/braces

What type of foods can I eat with braces?
At the moment im only eating
Pasta
Pot noodles
Ect
Most of these foods arnt good for my unborn baby
Any sujestions?

Determining how new your braces are, you can eat just about anything except for hard candy or gum because it may loosen your brackets (even though they can come off by themselves) but I do advise that you always slice fruit rather than biting into it and make sure you get all the nutrients you need for your child..if you are hesitant about eating certain things you can still eat beans, potatoes, rice, applesauce, bananas, and bread...(So don't worry, you don't have to starve yourself happy !)

when I had braces I ate mostly anything I did have hard candy for my 2nd year that I had braces and nothing really happened then I chewed gum and none of my braces broke off

You can eat anything but gum popcorn, but when I had braces I still had gum and popcorn lol.
