Why is the photo of the day allowed?

That photo is allowed -
Some types of photos are not permitted: if it's not family friendly (eg, don't show nudity, privates, pubic hair or similar), guns or violence, underage drinking, or images which flash or have a lot of animation.

Basically when it comes to 'sexy' if it isn't something that would be okay at a public beach it's considered against the terms of use policy, this photo doesn't fall under that.

LOL I think sexy photos are ok

if you dont mind your work colleagues seeing you posing sexy etc and you got the figure or is comfortable doing it then its really their choice.

its only the really norty and dirty ones that should be taken off because you have young kids online so its kinda disgusting to have photos of that sort up around kids.
