Honestly, you have to b careful with perms. They can really make a difference. If you do decide to get a perm, make sure your hair is long enough. your hairstylist will usually tell you if your hair is ok to get a perm. I think a cute hairstyle would be to get some cute swoopy bangs (side bangs) and some layers to frame your face.
