Well, Im not sure you would call it a game, but the company Posit Science offers The Brain Fitness Program. Its a program that has worked extremely well for my parents and I would recommend to anyone.

Also, I found this site. Its associated with Posit Science, but has all kinds of fun games/exercises and good inforamtion.

The brain exercise game on nintendo DS is meant to be pretty good =]
You may not have one though
