What should i use for my face?

My face brakes out like once every month. I get these little bumps(they look kinda like sweat bumps) but anyways what should I use because I cant stand them. I cant use any olay cream or neutrogena because it causes me to break out.

yeah for a long time I used neutrogena and it didnt work but I started using clean and clear face wash and moisterizer and also get sea brezze it works im not saying ull never breack out but it claers it up fast

try a face wash. :]
use it every night before you go to sleep.
and durring the day, try cleansing pads.
they are really nice to use at school after gym,
