gift certificate (depending on how much you want to spend) for a day at the spa, a massage, or a manicure and/or pedicure. Mom's need to be pampered every once in a while. And take her out to dinner sometime. If you can't do that, at least cook for her (make sure you do the dishes afterwards, too)

I am on the other side of the world though, so it's not going to be as special as I would like it to be, but I want to get her something that she would use or whatever. I just don't know you know?
