Maybe you could put the photos away until you are ready to look at them again?
Don't get rid of them, right now, this is a really hard time for you because of the situation and looking at her is difficult. Eventually when this whole situation is over, how ever it turns out, you might be prepared to look at them again. For right now, you can keep them up and just turn them around, or put them in a drawer.
You could always try to think positively and when you look at them think of her in the hospital but how she is going to pull through.
You dont want to get rid of the only thing you have of her, those are the kinds of things you want to hold on to forever.
definantly dont get rid of them
as nl83 says, thats the kind of thing youll want to have forever
and look back on it the future
right now though if you cant look at them,
put them all in a little box in your drawer or something
that way when you feel ready you can take them back out
just put them away until you think you can handle them
I agree with nl83 you are never going to want to forget her. Just put them away until you get the will power to be able to look at them again. You want to remember all of the good and fun times that you had together.

What should I do with the pictures?
