Just be honest with him; he will be glad you were kind enough to tell him the truth. Tell him you just don't think you are right for him, but be sure to mention you think he is a nice guy. Try to boost his confidence and tell him there are probably a lot of girls that would love to go out with him. Best of luck to you.

you cant date a guy you dont like. just tell him you dont think it will work out between you two. if he really likes you he will understand!
