What should I do about this guy?

okay so theres this guy[I asked a question about him before] well he still calls me&texts me, but I don't answer. and yesterday I asked my teacher if I could go to my locker and he came too, he was like fallowing me and he was like "why do you shake your butt when you walk?" and I was like "uhmm I'm not doing it on purpose.. why are you looking at my butt anyway?" and he was like "it's there" and I was like uhmm okayy. and he's always touching me. I really don't know what to do. I've tried everything!!! please help!!

call someone important like guidance or the police on him. or you can totaly go for him and then brake his heart to rub it in his face that he's a perv.
