Should I ask her out when the time is right?

There's this girl, I know she likes me and I like her too. But she doesn't try to show it that she likes me , How should I handle this situation and if I feel the time is right how should I ask her out or something ??

Ask her out. how many oppertunities can a guy possibily have that a guy actually knows a girl likes her and the guy likes her back. as for asking her out just do what you normally do when asking someone out. if you haven't asked anyone out practice using a mirror.
