What should I do, is this flirting?

Look today in class I dropped my folder and I asked him to pick it up and I pushed it and I went to pick it up he pushed it again and I asked him to pick it up and I went to reach for it we both went down at the same when I saw him going down I raised up and then he threw it in my face. That's not flirting is it? What does that mean?

That's not flirting. He is being a jerk, and if he is flirting that's the meanest thing I have ever heard. Just ignore him.
