You just need to let your feelings out, and when you need to cry, cry. I know it sounds really weird but crying is such a good cure when your upset about something. Crying makes you feel so much better, so just let it out. There are so many people on here that you can talk to about anything, don't be afraid to let your feelings out. I know how you feel, I cant talk to any of my 'best friends' about things either, doesn't feel the same. I think that if you let your feelings out, it will lower the chances of depression. Don't keep your feelings bottled up inside, that makes it worse.

What you are describing is called anxiety
it ca be usually caused by PTS [post traumatic stress] which is something that happenes after something really big happens
You really need to talk to someone to get out all of your feelings
b\c if you hold them all in, you will eventually expload
and trust me
you dont want that
Talk to a school guidance counseler or a teacher you trust, it will be hard at first but once you start talking, it will be SO much easier.

You need to let it all out like steph said. Get some new friends that you relate to and understand and get all the bad and negative energy out of your system. What is the point of life if your sad all the time? NOt much so have a cry then wipe away the tears and go get some fun. LIFE IS TOO SHORT. You have to live it well.

if you talk to people online line and you feel you are comfortable with it then keep it up..u'll alway's find a smile on your face and have a shoulder to lean on...

What should I do?
I don't know what to do.. I feel like I'm at the point where I can't talk to anyone.
I don't talk to my 'best friends' anymore. It's like I barely know them.
I feel like I can't talk to anyone, but strangers online.
When I talk to them, it's like they understand me.
I don't know what this is, depression?
I just feel really emotional and just sad.
I worry a lot about things that really aren't that necessary.
I'm scared that these they will lead to more serious issues.
What should I do?
