Is he afraid to tell me he is scared of marriage?

me and my boyfriend (fiance) been together for 6 months amd everytime I bring marriage up he don't really talk about it well I think he's scared about getting married well when his dad was in the hospial fighting for his life his mother divorse him for my moms ex boyfriend weird I know this was the summer my dog died to I think he's afraid of getting married he thinks it may happen he won't admit but he wants to marry me and have kids together and I would never leave him he's the one I've been looking is he afraid to tell me is fears ?
