Then there is this guy that is one year older than me and he is super hot! He was really mean before, but he changed schools and matured!! What should I do???

Your 13, boys shouldnt be the center of your world. Why dont you wait a few years until you know what a relationship is all about, because you seem to skip from boy to boy no knowing what it means to like someone! You change boys like the wind!!
