Make her some breakfast, or get her flowers, a card or jewelry. It doesn't have to be anything big, just something that comes from the heart.

it's not a while away, it's only next sunday the 2nd, (if you live in england)
Go to a shop like Marks and Spencer's and they have really cute mother's day gifts like trinket boxes and things. Buy her a small present and cute card and then make her breakfast and in MS you can buy this small mother's day cake. Just actually try to spend the day with her and be nice, dont just give her and card and present then go and spend the rest of the day with your friends.
