My sister and I (not twins) have the same intitals and we used to open eachother's mail by mistake etc, so I suggest that you don't given them names that start with the same letter.

I really like Samuel/Brennan and Blake/Thomas and Peter/Brett. Those are my favorite boy names. I paired them up the ways that I thought sounded the best. If you like other ways then you can flip flop them. Best of luck. God Bless
