Full Metal Alchemist-- you have to watch that! the characters are fantastic, I love how they are portrayed, and its well-developed and one of the best out there
CODE GEASS---PROBABLY THE BEST ANIME IN THE WORLD close tie with FMA!
I loved Furuba---but only the manga, the anime wasnt very good.. if you havent read the manga READ IT!! (I can send you a link to read it online if you want)
Howls Moving Castle... its based off a book, not a series, by Hayao Miyazaki--you should watch all his animes he's fantastic
and I've also heard Ouran High School Host Club was good, so check that out...
there're so many amazing animes seriously you wont have trouble finding any good ones *w*
