What's wrong with my knee?

I think it may be just sore...okay, so we started track practice this past Monday, I ran three miles that day, same with Tuesday I ran three miles, Wednesday I also ran three miles. Yesterday I ran 4 miles, and I was going to run 3 miles today but my knee was bugging me, everytime I ran I had this odd pain, not soreness really but a pain...I don't know...I have been stretching and everything, I had to with the rest of the team...I am just putting ice on it for now. But is that what's wrong, just soreness?
