What's wrong with me?

I sometimes feel like I have no friends, or they dont care about me. My sister is always telling me how stupid I am and that I have no social life, and I wonder if anyone even cares about me. Also, I've never had a boyfriend, so is there something wrong with me?

Nothing is wrong with you. You would be surprised at how many people go through the same thing. I'm assuming your sister is older. Depending on her age, if shes 15 or 16, I would take her words with a grain of salt (that means ignore her comments). If she is older than that, she should know better and you should tell her how her comments hurt you. Don't worry about having a boyfriend right now, there is plenty of time for that. Boys at your age don't even know what they want. By the end of High School I'm sure they'll come around.

Don't worry about not having a social life or a guy in your life right now...that is totally Normal... I am seventeen years old about to turn eight-teen.. I am done with High school and I start college in Jan. 2008. I Don't have much of a social life nor am I seeing some one..I have found that most 'men' my age are still really immature and not worth getting into a long term relationship..with..men mature a lot slower then Women do and so until they are about 19 maybe a little older they are not really ready to be boy friends at least good ones. ( not to talk to down about them it is jsut thy don't start t grow up till then)

Also every one is different I am not to sure how old you are but..I have never been much of a social person and that is alright...it is completely by choice I do not like to be around people all that much..mostly large amounts I prefer smaller more personal relationships. ..I find that you get a lot more out of it. I am almost 18 and I am more social right now then I ever have been and tons of people still say that I am very anti-social..but there is really nothing wrong with that...don't let what people say get to you...don't be afraid to be your own person...GOD made you WHO YOU ARE..and there is NO one else like you in all of the WORLD and now that my dear is truly amazing. You should look into the LAW OF ATTRACTION and watch THE SECRET..it may help you on your way in life. that works for some people and then GOD works for others...some times it is a mix of both...

I am sorry your sister is choosing to be so negative and dishonest rather then truthful and supportive that is sad..and there is nothing I can do there to hepl but consider this we often criticize where our own faults lay...
