What's up with this guy?

There's this guy on my bus, his name is Eric. He always does these weird things like once (he was sitting at the back of the bus) I turned around in my seat to see who was left on the bus and I looked at him. He was listening to his Ipod, shaking his...

head to the music. He caught my eye and bit his bottom lip...
He gets off of the bus a few stops before me and whenever he is going down the aisle, (he always sits in the back), he always either:
touches my coat
tries to unplug my headphones from my MP3 player
pats my head
etc...
He always turns around to see how I react after he does it, then he smiles. Keep in mind, he doesn't do this everyday, but he does it often enough (every few days).
Today was a new one: As he was getting off the bus, he came up behind me and ran one of his fingers along the back of my neck o.0.

I need a guy's opinon, as well as girls who this has happened to. My question is WHY IS HE DOING THIS?!

This kid just wants you to like him. It is unclear to me whether he likes you or not, but he is attempting to gain your affection through physical contact. To him physical contact is the highest bid in this game he is playing with you. He also sees his mouth as a seductive tool (eg: biting his lip, smiling). He believes you like him and he continues this behaviour as if he were watering a seed he planted. He definately has patience and will wait for it.

He does that What are you looking at? talk at school and stuff so he'll seem cool, and like he doesn't like you. (When he really does)... So don't worry about it. That finger thing was kinda a sign to show that he's getting to know you/like you better.. And after a little bit, he's going to sit by you, ask you out, etc... Or stop completely and hassle some other girl, whether you like it or not.

Possible: he likes you and doesn't know how to express - he noticed one time when he did something it really got to you, so maybe he enjoys bugging you - these are the only ones that come to mind - seems harmless but any more aggressive, make things clear or report if needed...Take care !!

I think he is still thinkin like a little boy ... you know like in elementary when guys like you they would always show it by like hitting you or something .. I think its the same thing but just like teasing you ... and they do that to get your attention... so yeah he probably is crushing on you or somethin ... lol but yeah that what I think
