Why don't i want to do anything after school?

when I'm at school I'm always happy and having a good time even if I'm studying for a test or just walking to my locker. I love being at school and going from class to class. ...but when I get home I just sit on the couch and watch t.v. I don't ever...

want to do anything including my homework so my grades suffer. I just don't know why I go from being so happy to so miserable and I don't know how I can fix it. any advice :-)

Are you having any problems at home that might be affecting you.

The same thing happens to me too. But my problem is with family members.
Maybe yours is too.

Hmm ok well maybe it's a hormonal thing?
Or maybe you like being at school because you're actually doing something rather than just being at home watching TV.
During the school week, when you get home how about you do your homework straight away. You're going to have to use some self - discipline here. Tell yourself you must do it. And once you've finshed it all then reward yourself by watching TV or having a yummy snack =]
It's all about self-control. Sometimes I know it's hard but it's all down to you when you get happy or depressed. You control your emotions.

Maybe you might be interested in getting involved in out-of-school activities. You may feel happier once you get home. You could join a club, or play a sport or even start a hobby. You need to try and get yourself motivated into doing a few things.

Okay. maybe your happy at school bc your actually doing something and at home your just watching tv. at school maybe your having a good time talking to all your friends. try getting aim or myspace or yahoo or anything to talk to your friends while your at home. but while talking to your friends you'll prob. be happier and having a much greater time that just watching tv. just don't get to obsessed about the comp. :]] -Brittany

sorry I have no computer and I'm home alone most of the time so I have no family members their to upset me. I just don't know.
