Hi,

Any vector creation programs should work, such as Adobe Illustrator, or Macromedia Freehand... or design in a raster program such as Adobe Photoshop. If you have a template for whatever tshirt you are looking to design, make sure the template is in the same format first. Just make sure the resolution is high enough for a clear picture.
