What's so speical about sweet sixteens

I just wanna know because none of your other birrthdays arent nearly as speical as when it is sixteen why is that

Lots of people think it's a right of passage because you get your license.

and cjscoot is TOATALLY wrong cause in half the states in the United states you cant get your liecense till 18 .
its surposedly when your surposed to start wearing makup , getting nails done ,

well sweet sixteen is like a right of pasage now a days its the year when exciting grown up things start happening as some say you get your licinse you dont have mom and dad drive you places you get a car its way blown out of preportion but it shows your progress in sixteen years of life be proud atleast you lived sixteen years.
