What's more important, nutrition or exercise?

Benny Asked by zstaciez over 2 years ago, 3 answers.

I'm curious. Say you had to choose between good nutrition or exercise for your health? Which is better?

Good nutrition. Without it, you wouldn't be able to exercise to your optimum ability.

Good nutrition is more important than exercise. . .so what IS good nutrition?
It's eating whole foods (that haven't been processed) like fresh fruits and
vegetables. whole grains, etc. and wild game (that wasn't raised on hormones)
Although I'm no expert on the subject (just self taught for many years), I've
heard that sprint exercises (get your heart rate up quickly, them rest) is
much better than repetitive exercises. . .after all, we were designed for the
fight or flight lifestyle. . .which means lots of exertion for short periods of
time.
