What or how do I do this with my songs?

How do I send the lyrics of my songs so I can get some of my fav artists to sing it and to help them with a song?

you can e mail them to your fav artists or you can simply send it to them by mail.
you can also present it to a record company,maybe the record company can hire one of your fav artists to sing your songs for broadcasting or recording purposes
