What movie??

It's really really old, it's a cartoon... okay, there is a prince in it and a dragon... I think there was something about lollipops in it... and they had to go to the castle... I don't know.. I'm asking my sister XD
okay, they had to save one of their...

friends so the prince and the dragon went to the castle to get these lollipop things to save him/her...
my sister says there was a pink, green, yellow, blue dragon...
that's as far as we can remember...
other than there was a happy ending..
anyone know??
