What makes a good advisor

What do YOU think makes a good advisor and why?

Someone nice respectful but also states their opinion,
Someone relatable who is willing to explain or talk about the subject,
Someone who doesnt suck up to the owners or other advisors.
Someone caring.

someone who cares more about the people they are giving answers to than being recognized as special... (like she said someone who doesnt suck up to the owners or advisors)
someone who gives factual information...
someone who is honest...
someone who is empathetic...

U guys behave! He's trying...maybe a little too hard at times, but he has a goal in mind.
Just keep on giving good advice, use good grammar/spelling/punctuation, and be nice and don't be rude. That's what makes a good advisor! [¤=

I think someone that tries but doesn't try too hard, it's something that needs to come natural.
