What kind of antenna is the best for digital converter box?

Please let me know what kind of antenna is the best to use with a digital converter box? I am looking for an antenna which is about $20.00.

The best antenna to use with a converter box is a roof or attic-mounted. You say that you're looking to spend no more than $20, and it will be hard to get any picture at all with a set of rabbit ears. It is a lot easier to go without tv than it is to get a stupid converter box to work. I haven't looked at your profile to see if it says where you live, but if it is in NH you're not going to get a good signal at all. If you are in a building that is made out of granite, you're not going to get a good signal. Granite has iron in it, which absorbs the tv waves, which in turn makes them weaker. Sometimes in more urban areas the converter boxes don't work as well because of the amount of buildings. If you get a good UHF signal now (any channel above 13) with the antenna that you've got, you probably don't need a new one. Stupid transition...
