What is wrong with me? am i pregnant?

OK I know this is a popular question but I am nervous. ( JULY) my period was 8 days late..( so I was relieved that I did receive it) I thought for sure I was pregnant but both tests were negative. August I had no period at all.. and now I am in to...

September and still no period.. I have been having some of the symptoms but I am scared it is something else..
-the rooms spins
-I have been feeling sick like
-tan discharge at first but now it is a lil darker
-sluggish
-irritable

I received my period late last night .. it started out tan
then went to really dark burgundy/brown.. and now it is full blown blood.. I am really sore especially around my lower back and lower abdominal. Could I still be pregnant? When My friends mom was Pg with her she had her period for 3 months.. so that is why I was wondering.. I am going next week to get a Pregnancy test. I just wanted to see what you all thought..

I think that if you don't want to be pregnant that you should use birth control instead of spending so much time worrying. It is possible that you can be pregnent and still have a vaginal discharge that is similar to your period, but it isn't probable. In other words, I think that you are probably having some hormonal abnormalities giving you these symptoms. And besides using birth contol, use condoms every time you have sex if you are not in a monogamous relationship. Good luck
