a lot of the times, I feel extremely happy and hyper at school, and as soon as I get home I am depressed, or angry, for no apparent reason.

How old are you? You could be going through puberty and your hormones are just going crazy and the mood swings are normal or you could be bi-polar. Speak to a doctor sweetie.

You dont meet criteria for bipolar, the mania isnt dependent on being at school for 8 hours... maybe you're bored and lonely when you get home, maybe it's something else... I dont think anyone on here can give you a diagnosis...
