What is thursh, i've heard about it, but what exactly is it?

what is thrush? i heard about it but im not exactly sure what it is...?

thrush is a bacterial infection which can be found either in the mouth or the genital area. some people are very susceptable to it, where as some people never get it.

i had thrush in my mouth and its just a fungus that grows in your mouth and it really hurts. These little white dots appear all over your tounge.

You HAD? iS IT STILL THERE? what did you do? I have white dots all over my tongue. I have had two rx's of antiviral meds. the fungus is still showing on my tongue. when I do the thrush test, (by spitting into a clear glass of h2o first thing in the morning and the mucous goes to the bottom) i ALSO FEEL ILL A LOT OF THE TIME, LIKE NAUSEA AND TO SETTLE THIS I EAT.
