What is this medication called reductil?

Does any one know what this medication is (Reductil)? I think its a weight reduction medication...or issit a appetite suppressant? That helps to you lose weight by supressing your appetie...am I right?

Reductil, also known as 'sibutramine' . In simple terms it works by producing the feeling of having eaten sufficient.

Sibutramine has been known to cause an increase in blood pressure in some people and therefore is not recommended for those with hypertension problems.
