What is wrong with my niece?

My neice is 18 and she is having blurred vision and during the time when her eyes go blurry she cannot speak? Can anyone tell me what this could be because I've been looking it up and it seems to have a lot to do with brain problems. I dont know her other symptoms but those are the main. hope somebody can tell me what it is

Have her see the Dr asap for a proper diagnosis !

This is definately a neurological problem. The quicker she has a scan the better chance she has for a recovery.
