it could be a papule
like a whitehead but with no puss, it looks like a small red bump
if its that make sure you dont squeeze it!
or a nodule
which is a bump under the skin, that onecan take a few months to heal
otherwise, if they arent cold sores of course...
then it could be a cyst
if it is the lump would feel a lot bigger and harder than a pimple, and be a bump under the skin, it also might hurt, dont pop that one either if you have it
but then again it could just be a normal pimple!

What is this, a pimple i hope?
Ok on my lip I have what looks like a pimple on the left side and one in the middle. It doesnt itch or burn its not red, I dont feel sick. Its not bothering me at all im just wondering what it is because its odd to have a breakout there.
