What is the best thing for anal itching? A certain brand of cream? Different soaps?

Soap won't do it, because you don't put soap inside of you. Best to get a cream of some kind that is supposed to help with that sort of thing. I've never had that issue before, but if you visit your local drug store, I'm sure you can read the labels & try out one or two. Just make sure not to use one that you might be allergic too - and if you can, visit the doctor, as that will definitely get you better advice than you can here, since this sounds like you have a medical problem.
