I got this from a bmi thing doing the height and goign along into average weight range. Age doesnt matter its height and weight that determines whether you body mass index is average

depends on your body frame. but probably around 120

yeah... thats quite a bit for a small 16 year old =|
I would say 120-130lbs is what you should stay around but don't go too far under.
