My sister is not even a teenager yet and she has been having mood swings. Is this normal?

WELL LISTEN I HAVE 6 KIDS IN MY HOUSE I HAVE THREE OF MY OWN AND THREE FOSTER KIDS AND I TELL YOU WHAT THEY ALL HAVE MOOD SWINGS EVEN MY SELF AND MY YOUNGEST IS 7 AND THE OLDEST 17 SO ITS REALLY HARD... EVERYONE ON THIS EARTH HAS MOOD SWINGS...

I don't really think there's a typical age for mood swings. Maybe her body is starting to change or maybe she's just throwing a fit. There could be a number of things that cause her to have mood swings.
