STD - Sexually Transmitted Diseases
They can be life threatening, and thats normally why adults are so keen that youngers teenagers don't have unprotected sex, or just in general sex. Mainly b/c they think that the teenagers minds would not be open to the fact that it can kill and adults also probably think that the minds of the teenagers aren't mature enough to understand the consicquences.
