Well I'm still in the same situation should I give my number to his friend so his friend gives it to him or do I give it directly to him ... I really don't know what to do cause I'm get really nervous when he is around? I know that he likes me back but I don't know what he is waiting for ...

for one his friend could forget to give to him,
