What is "cheese"?

I've heard it a lot whenpeople talk about guys and their ballls. what is cheese inthis context?

LOL I havn't heard this but my guess is there talking about s-p-e-r-m or c-u-m (same thing just diff names)

Maybe your thinking of diick cheese haha and its like when a guy is uncut and like dosent wash down there so it gets gross I suppose hah im not a guy so I dunno.

It's called Smegma (not sure if I spelled that right), and it's gross.
