Nero??? I think, that software is use for burning!.. sorry I'm ignorant..lol..

Limewire is better, But be sure to have a very good anti-virus!

I do not know ARES.

Nero is a very good cd/dvd burning tool. As long as you don't have copied dvd images. Actual video files, are fine though.
LimeWire is a P2P file sharing tool, often used for music, software and videos. You would be better off downloading Utorrent, then going to a torrent specific website and download a torrent. (Downloading a torrent is like the search feature in Limewire)
Learn how to use torrents (easy to learn and quick too). Makes life easy and virus free lol!
If you want something that can copt whole dvd's, try 1click dvd pro. Im sure there is a full version out there somewhere on a torrent... AHEM!!

Limewire used to be pretty standard, but now it is full of viruses and other stuff you rally do not want.

Nero is for burning stuff, the other two are for downloading, and mostly used to download illegal stuff. Not cool!
