anthrax is an infectious disease of warm-blooded animals caused by a spore forming bacterium. the spores make this an airborne disease. it sometimes occurs naturally in the decaying flesh of animals, and when the spores take to the air , they invade the lungs, usually causing lesions in the lungs, and ulcerative skin protrusions, which can cause bleeding out,...anthrax poisoning is potentially fatal and can be transmitted naturally to humans who handle or even come close to infected tissue. more likely,say if a tiger finds a dead animal in the jungle that has decayed for too long and the anthrax is there, it will probably contract it even if it only smells the body..now , anthrax has been used a s a biological agent by some countries...and we had some idiot with access to the powdered form of it sending to certain political figures a few years back in envelopes...cipro can stop its progression if given to the patient soon enough after exposure...for more details you may want to search it online
