its blue and has a bumblebee on it. (and it says sting under the bumble bee!) lol. it sounds dumb but im totally serious. (im a gymnast)

chocolate kisses is right. it is also a thin-ish mat that most gymnasts use to land harder tumbling skills on the floor.

well.both of these girls are right.it helps a gymnast by absorbing the shock in your landing on harder tumbling passes. :]
it tends to help me stick my layout full, and doesn't hurt my ankles as bad.

yah like everyone else said, it helps absorb the shock in your feet when you land a skill. If you know the feeling when you jump off of something and your feet start tingling, thats what it prevents. =]
