do you think you are fat? If not then who cares about the charts, just be healthy.

I have muscles from dancing. I've done ballet, jazz, hip hop, and modern since I was 4.

if you have muscle, BMI isn't a good way to measure your health, because muscle weighs more than fat. Besides, even without muscle, 19.2 is about right.

Please don't lose any weight. You sound just right. I was anorexic for years, which I overcame some time ago. Young girls/women that are overly concerned with their weight can bring that to a dangerous place.

After I saw your question, I looked at your pictures, and you look great. Believe me, it looks sooo bad when we as women get too thin, leaving our health behind. It just doesn't look good. I was a model for quite a while, and you know what they told me? They said I had gotten TOO thin! You see, it's really not true when they say: You can never be too rich or too thin. The too thin part is NOT true and I had to gain weight before I could work again. That means that the majority of people find too thin not appealing.

Take care!! Good luck God Bless-
