So, I went to the dentist today,, because whenever I brush my teeth they bleed like everywhere. && soon I gotta go to the docs, because I have this lump in my side. So my dentist says, that stress is whts causing me all these health problems.. && my mom knows that I worry like crazy all the time. && I honestly dont know how to stop. I need ways to not be so stressed out, && worry all the time. I wanna be healthy. Im only 19.
Just relax and think things through when you get into a tuff decision, and maybe take a week vacation to somewhere relaxing and come back and start fresh. Try not to worry to much about the little things and work on solving any big problems first so there out of the way. Also try talking to someone if you are having a problem and it's to much to handle by yourself.
Take time, meaby half hour, meaby an hour to think things trough each day. Leave everything behind, go for a walk, to get something to drink e.c.t Orgonize yourself. Plan the day before the things that you are going to do so the next day it will be like crazy. Try having a friend to talk to when you are feeling overwelmed and all. Meaby practice and exersice.
