Hate to be a bad influence but if your desperate then bulemia or anerexias an option, if not try to get used to being hungry or try to distract yourself when you feel the need to eat.
just trying to help.
I'm 5'3 and I understand the whole short thing. 145 on me does not look or feel as good as it does on my 5'7 sister. On top of that I am just about completely immobile from some injuries that I'm healing from. Here is what I suggest and I do all of it but the exercise. I have went from 210 down to 141 and still going.
1. Set a realistic goal weight and time frame for yourself. Do not think you can sefelly or effectively think that you can lose 15-20 pounds in one month. The average safe weight loss is 1-2 pounds a week.
2. Find a healthy meal plan that you can live with. This is where most people screw up, me included. The fad diets out there will help you to get the weight off but do nothing to teach you how to keep it off. I have rebounded with my weight so much in the last 3 years doing this it is unreal. Pick some that will incorporate more whole foods and less processed foods.
3. Get active. To successfully burn fat you need to get in some aerobic exercise at least 20 minutes three times a week. Get some friends together and start a jogging group. This is a great time of year for it. Take a magazine to the gym and climb on the exercise bike. Whatever it takes, you need to get moving.
If losing weight were easy we would all be skinny.

What is a good way to lose weight?
Okay I'm 5'2 ish and I weight about 145 and since I'm so short it looks really bad.. How can I lose weight? I've tried running but the only way I can run is if I'm with some of my friends because besides that I'm not motivated enough to keep running once...
I get tired... I've tried dieting but I can never keep them going... I know that a lot of my weight is in my legs which is almost nothing but muscle but still a good percent is in my stomach and I want that to go away... I've never been happy with the way I looked not even when I hardly weighed anything but I think that maybe if I start to lose weight now that I'm older it might raise my self-esteem which is very low...I'm always told im not fat or ugly but idrc about that I want to be happy with the way I look and right now im not...
So have any of y'all be able to lose weight and is there any way that I can stay motivated enough to keep going even when I get annoyed or tired of it?
