And where do you get one,ok im looking up stuff on how to fix my credit and I find some advice that sounds ok just where do I get a sub-prime merchandise card I dont want to be ripped off...

Try a gas card and make all the payments. That is away to help build your credit back up. If it sounds to good to be true, then it is. There is a lot of people out there that will rip you off. Pick a name you trust and ask questions. If they don't answer then watch out.
